Jerome has been exploring the intersection of Eastern wisdom traditions and modern psychology for over a decade. His practice spans Zen sitting meditation, Vipassana retreats and Metta cultivation, as well as daily mindfulness in professional and family life.

As the founder and sole editor of ZenDaily, Jerome writes every article himself โ€” drawing on personal practice, conversations with teachers, and a rigorous reading of peer-reviewed research on meditation, neuroscience and positive psychology.

His core belief: that even five mindful minutes a day can gradually rewire the way we experience stress, relationships and the simple pleasure of being alive.
